DELIVERY POLICY: We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days however if books need to be ordered in by us dispatch may take up to 14 working days. UK customers should usually receive their goods within 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch with Royal Mail. Customers from Europe, UK Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, some areas of Scotland including Highlands and BFPO, North America and the Rest of the World should usually receive their goods within 7-21 working days from the day of dispatch via airmail. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the delay in despatch or delivery of goods.

 

CANCELLATION / RETURNS POLICY: NavyBooks cannot guarantee your satisfaction with the content of books purchased. We endeavor to provide as much information as possible to enable you, the buyer, to determine the content.

However, should the books / goods purchased be damaged in any way on receipt we undertake to replace the books / goods, subject to the following conditions:

a. The buyer first contacts NavyBooks
b. Any books / goods deemed for return by the company shall be returned carriage paid by the buyer.
c. Damaged books / goods should be returned within 5 working days of receipt
d. The original packing should be returned with the damaged books / goods.
e. On inspection of the returned books / goods and packaging the Company will, if it deems itself or its carriers to be at fault either:

i. Refund all costs, including return carriage costs

or

ii. Replace the books / goods at no further cost and refund return carriage costs

f. The company reserves the right to accept or not accept the return of goods for any reason whatsoever.

 

PAYMENT: Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.

PRICES: Prices of goods supplied are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision without notice. Oversea's orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The Company has no control or liability over these rates. We only accept payment in UK £'s (pounds) sterling.

LIABILITY: The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied.

The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer.

The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods.
